Mr Lim Soon Hock is the Chairperson of the National Family Council, which was formed on 1 May 2006 to promote the building of resilient families in Singapore. The people sector-led Council seeks to engage key stakeholders in the people, private and public sectors to create a conducive environment for families. It also provides inputs on resource allocation to enhance the capacity and capability of the family service sector, as well as consults the public and provide feedback to the Government on family policy,family education programmes, research and services.
Married with 3 children, Mr Lim is Managing Director of PLAN-B ICAG Pte Ltd, a boutique corporate advisory firm and Board Member of several public listed companies and government agencies. He is also the Chairperson of Centre for Fathering and the National Committee on Healthy Lifestyle.
